JOYNER pneumatic
About the manufacturer
Joyner is a rather young company, established in the early days of modern pneumatics. Joyner was founded in 1993 as a logical development of the pneumatics division of the Berlin-based German company Knorr-Bremse. Since the company's foundation it has been committed to a flexible approach, simplifying the decision making process and communicating with its customers, which has resulted in a deserved success on the market.
Alongside the standard range, Joyner also manufactures bespoke products according to customer specifications. The range also includes pneumatic products which are ATEX certified. The company manufactures the shortest valves of its class, valves with NAMUR interface, 400 mm split cylinder pistons and offers complete solutions based on its products.
Joyner is actively engaged in research and development to develop innovative products that are best suited to the needs of its customers. Joyner's main production site is located in Erkrat, Germany. All products are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
The product range includes a wide range of aluminium and steel (stainless steel) cylinders for completing pneumatic equipment. A variety of cylinders are available in circular shapes, compact sizes, as well as with a reduced coefficient of friction. The cryogenic valves manufactured by Joyner have excellent insulating properties and can be operated at low temperatures down to -40°C. Parallel and angled Joyner pneumatic clamps are used to clamp objects securely in place during operation.
Joyner's most popular products include o-rings for pistons, rodless linear pneumatic actuators of various diameters, fittings, tubes and hoses for pneumatic systems and numerous types of valves and cylinders.
Knorr cylinders and coils for solenoids are in high demand due to the good price-performance ratio.
